Into the Wardrobe

On December 9 a new "Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" movie hits theatres. Have you seen the trailer? (http://movies.about.com/od/chroniclesofnarnia/a/narnia050305.htm). It isn't quite as shiny as LOTR (lord of the rings), but it has a ton more heart and emotion. Don't get me wrong, LOTR movies were great, but they're just so..... cold.... Any emotional subtext or clever dialogue Peter Jackson wrote in 'cuz the books read like a travelogue (and not the fun sort). But the Chronicles of Narnia... Man, I tear up everytime I read the last coupla pages of "The Last Battle". There's alotta Truth in those little books. Shameless plug: READ THEM.
